Mango Salsa - My Favorite Food

- 4 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 large or 2 small mangoes (you can also use peaches or nectarines)
- 1 large avocado
- 1-2 jalapenos, depending on how spicy you like it
- 4 green onions
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 10 grinds fresh cracked pepper
- Dice tomatoes, mangoes and avocado into bite-size chunks
- Slice the jalapeno in half. If you want a milder salsa, remove seeds and rinds
- Thinly slice white parts of green onions going slightly into the green.
- Mix all ingredients together with the seasonings and enjoy!
