Egg-Free French Toast, and the Make Your Own Rules Diet - A Book Review
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • Butter or other fat to grease the pan
  • 4-5 slices of bread
  • Sprinkling of cinnamon
  • Maple syrup and butter
  1. Blend bananas and milk together in a blender, pour into dish that is easy for dipping the bread
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat
  3. Add the butter to skillet and allow to melt
  4. Dip the bread in banana mixture and place in skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon
  5. After it has browned (about 2-3 minutes), flip over and sprinkle other side with cinnamon
  6. Allow to brown 2-3 minutes, then serve topped with butter and/or real maple syrup, or any other toppings of your choice
