Egg-Free French Toast, and the Make Your Own Rules Diet - A Book Review

- 2 bananas
- 1 cup milk
- Butter or other fat to grease the pan
- 4-5 slices of bread
- Sprinkling of cinnamon
- Maple syrup and butter
- Blend bananas and milk together in a blender, pour into dish that is easy for dipping the bread
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat
- Add the butter to skillet and allow to melt
- Dip the bread in banana mixture and place in skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon
- After it has browned (about 2-3 minutes), flip over and sprinkle other side with cinnamon
- Allow to brown 2-3 minutes, then serve topped with butter and/or real maple syrup, or any other toppings of your choice
