Chicken salad sandwiches
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 4 oz full fat cream cheese, left out to soften
  • ½ cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup sweet stuff, I like dried cranberries, halved fresh grapes or diced apples (optional)
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  1. Combine chicken, cream cheese, yogurt, celery and sweet stuff. Stir well.
  2. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve on your favorite bread, in a tortilla for a wrap, or on a lettuce leaf.
