Taco Soup

- 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1-1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Toppings of choice
- Brown ground beef and onion, then drain.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer until warmed through.
- Top with diced avocado, sour cream, or grated cheese.
