Oatmeal Cookie Energy Bites

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  2. Roll into 18 bite-size balls with wet hands to keep the mixture from sticking to you (or use a melon scooper to help).
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
