Oatmeal Cookie Energy Bites

- 1-1/2 cups rolled oats
- ⅔ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Roll into 18 bite-size balls with wet hands to keep the mixture from sticking to you (or use a melon scooper to help).
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
