      1. I sure do! I just added you, but for anyone else who sees this comment with the same question, you can enter your email in the bar at the top of the page. Happy to have you along!

  1. I made the hummus dip and had veggies to dip. I didn’t drain the canned beans so it’s a bit soupy, but it tastes amazing! My first experience with hummus, definitely not my last! It’s a keeper!

  2. Love your recipes! Looks like you’ve added a few! Thank you so much, I feel so good about cooking with your recipes❤️ Happy New Year! Also can’t think of a better word than nourish , but I will say mindfulness.

  3. Can I get a list of foods TO eat and Food to AVOID for POCS? I was recently diagnosed… And I’ve tried searching the internet for such a list and came up empty handed. Your website was recommended by a family member. Please help! Thank you.

    1. Hi Amy! This list would be very long, haha! PCOS is very much affected by blood sugar, so avoiding sugar is a good thing. Processed foods aren’t great for any syndrome or illness, so there’s another long list for you. However, I never like to focus on the Nots and the Don’ts. Diet mindset loves to focus on deprivation and what we can’t have, but I love having my clients focus on adding in more foods. How many nutrient-dense, unprocessed foods can you add to your day? It feels so much better to feel like you are indulging yourself with really nutritious foods. And when you do that, the foods that don’t serve you well tend to fall away, there simply isn’t room for them anymore! I hope that helps!
