Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp dry rubbed sage
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Rub on the turkey as you are prepping it for the oven (you can also mix it with the butter and rub both on at the same time).
  3. Cook turkey until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 on the meat thermometer.
