Green Smoothies for Women With PCOS

 

Replace one meal each day with one of these smoothies, preferably breakfast. This will start to balance your blood sugar and reduce cravings. Balancing your blood sugar begins to balance out your other hormones, sending you down the path to PCOS relief.

For the recipes that use protein powder, I encourage you to be extremely picky with your protein powder ingredients. They are definitely not all created equal, and some can do more harm than good. I use and recommend Orgain (Code HBE30 for a discount) or Primal Kitchen (Code HBE10 for a discount).
