Hey, how is everyone doing out there? How is life in quarantine? Here is your public service announcement of the day:

Step away from the pantry and put down the cake!

Don’t worry, girl, I’ve been there this past month, too! There are actually some very scientific and logical reasons that you can’t stop baking treats and eating cookies. The good news is that there are also some great ways that you can make this time the healthiest time of your life. This coming Thursday I’m teaching you a free class to give you all the tools you need to make it through social distancing without gaining 20 pounds. Will you join me?
