Two Princesses – A Weight Loss Update

HomeUncategorizedTwo Princesses – A Weight Loss Update

A lot of people have been asking, so I figured it was about time for another update. I have still been doing my TAM Continuity 6 days a week for an hour a day. I wouldn’t miss it, I still love it so much and love how I feel! I hit my goal weight a couple of weeks ago, and then accidentally have lost 3 more pounds, which makes 58 total pounds gone. I’m pretty sure I’m almost done, though, I’m slowing down, which is fine with me. I also keep losing inches like crazy. I recently went shopping and now wear a size smaller than I did in high school. I don’t look like I did in high school, though, babies can sure change stuff around! I still have some toning to do, and I have a whole bunch of loose skin in my belly area, but TAM should take care of both as long as I keep being consistent.

A few weeks ago Sweetheart was wearing one of her many dress-up dresses when she told me, “I have lots of princess dresses, but you don’t have any.” In my mind the following conversation took place. (Does anyone else out there have conversations with themselves? Does this make me crazy?)

“You still have your old prom dresses.”

“Yeah, right, like I’d ever fit into those again.

Wait… I wonder…”

(Please ignore the messy mom hair and melty makeup.)

You know what? Yes, I can! And yes, not only have I just admitted to holding conversations with myself in my head, but I also admitted to still having my old high school prom dresses, and I admitted that I actually tried them on, and then I posted pics of it online. And I don’t care, because they fit! Plus, see Sweetheart’s face? That girl was beyond excited that mommy had princess dresses, too.

To find out more about TAM, read the rest of my updates here, or go check out the Tracy Anderson website here.  The people at TAM haven’t given me anything to talk about them, I just like to blab about the things I like.
