Human bodies are made to move! As I’ve made exercise a regular part of my routine I’ve been amazed how much better I feel, how much better I sleep at night, and how much happier I am in all aspects of my life. I believe that every person out there has a “soul mate” exercise, something that they can do every day and love. I found mind in the Tracy Anderson Method. Here are my posts about my favorite ways to move.

Which of the 4 did you do? Omni, Ab, Hip or Glute? I can’t decide if I’m Hip, Ab or Glute or if I should just go for the Omni. I gain weight in my hips mostly but also my stomach.
I did Omni at first. I really had weight just everywhere. You can also switch centrics when you get to Continuity, so I am actually now doing Glute and have really been enjoying that. I think you’d do well with Omni, it really does help all over! And if later you decide that you want to try a different centric, switching during Continuity is really simple. I hope that helps!
I found your information on the Salt Lake Pinners seminar schedule and would like to inquire about your availability or interest in participating in our January Home Show at the South Towne Center January 6-8th. We feature local chefs, and or bloggers on our kitchen stage through-out our show and we have had a big interest from our customers to include healthy alternatives. If you are in the Salt Lake area and would be interested in participating, please contact me at 801.456.7486 or dianec@MPEShows.com
Hi! I enjoy Tracy Anderson’s method a great deal as well… I have been doing it for about 4 years now, but when I stopped my subscription to Continuity and then later tried to renew it, I was told I had to start at the beginning… For a good while now I’ve tried to find Continuity year 2 and beyond on ebay with no luck–just curious if you or anyone/any website you know is selling their year 2 and beyond dvd’s?
Hi there, sorry for the delayed response! I can’t believe they said you had to start at the beginning, that doesn’t make sense. I wonder if you could call back and get another customer service rep who knew what they were talking about? I stopped and restarted a couple of times, and they never made me start over! If that really is how it is now, I would check eBay or Amazon for the used DVDs. There is also a great Facebook group called Tracy Anderson Community Group where you could ask if anyone is selling them. I hope that helps, and good luck!
Thanks so much for your response, Emily! I did communicate with 2 representatives, but I may try again like you said. I’ve also requested to join the Facebook group you mentioned. Thanks again!
